Le Domaine

La Ville Heleuc

La Ville Heleuc, nestled in the heart of the Breton countryside, is a place full of magic and history. Lovingly restored by our family, it has become a peaceful haven where harmony with nature, Celtic heritage, and warm hospitality come together. Every stone, every tree tells a story, inviting visitors to reconnect with what truly matters — a place of renewal, sharing, and deep connection to the earth.

A sanctuary for nature

Since 1976, La Ville Heleuc has been transformed into a true 20-hectare nature sanctuary. Former quarries and depleted land have given way to wild, regenerating nature, rich in biodiversity. A registered butterfly refuge since 2009, the estate is also home to bats, owls, and badgers. Here, nature is reclaiming its place — preserved and respected in all its beauty… and its rawness.

Eco, of course!

Lovers of this place, we have been working for over 50 years to preserve its natural balance, leaving as little ecological footprint as possible. Wood heating, natural wastewater treatment, solar and photovoltaic panels, eco-friendly renovation materials, composting toilets, rainwater collectors… From 2009 to 2025, La Ville Heleuc has been committed to an environmental approach recognized by the Green Key label. A place where ecology and harmony go hand in hand.

Michel’s bees

Thanks to Michel’s passion for beekeeping, which began in 1995, bees have found a lasting home on the estate. After a break, he started again in 2012, building his own hives and placing them in the most peaceful corners of the land. Since then, bees have been buzzing freely, the honey is harvested straight from the comb, hand-filled into jars, and lovingly decorated by the grandchildren. A 100% natural honey – perfect for tasting and enjoying.
