Green, bright, and embracing nature!

A modern, simple, and natural design guided the choice of furniture and layout. Only eco-friendly materials like wood, hemp, lime, earth, and granite were used, allowing the building to breathe and making it comfortable all year round. The colors—red, orange, and green—brighten the natural materials and pay tribute to the building’s original purpose as the baking house. Large windows on both floors bring in plenty of natural light, keeping the need for artificial lighting to a minimum. All electrical wiring is shielded. Heating is supplied by water warmed by our wood chip boiler, flowing under granite slabs from the Isaac Hill.

Le Fournil is equipped for four adults and two babies. It is designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility, although not all standards are fully met. The entrance and the entire ground floor are level with the terrace. The restroom is spacious, with wheelchair-accessible sink and shower, and sliding doors and wide openings ensure comfortable movement throughout.
